Class Description:
Fundamentals Class:
You will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts. Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.
CrossFit Class:
A faster paced class, everyone already has the base knowledge of all the fundamental movements plus more. This is where the beginners graduate to.
Skills Test:
If you think you are ready to start into regular CrossFit classes all you need to do is pass the test on your fundamental movements of CrossFit. The following is what you will need to know: Air Squats, Back Squats, Front Squats, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High-pull, Cleans, Shoulder Press, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Gymnastics skills.
Obstacle Course Training:
This class will be a fun way to introduce what it takes to do an obstacle course race (Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash...). You will learn how to run, jump and climb over everything. We will have days of learning how to run and other days how to climb a rope. Come and join the craziness. *Our goal for this course will be to go run in an event.
Yoga:
This class will stretch you back into free movement. Movement is something that we take for granted and we need to do something about it. Come learn how to move freely again.
Olympic Lifting:
This course is for intermediate and advance CrossFitter’s only. If you want to improve on your clean and jerk, or snatch this course is prefect for you.

What Makes CrossFit Different??

World Class Fitness in 100 Words!
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
