Advanced - 

A) Front Squat @20X1; 5-5-3-3-2-2; Rest 2 Minutes

Intermediate - 

A1) Front Squat @20X1; 5 x 5; Rest 30 Sec

A2) Ring Plank Hold - 3 x 1 minute; Rest 1 MInute

Beginner - 

A1) Front Squat @2011; 4 x 8; Rest 30 Sec

A2) Plank Hold - 3 x 1 minute; Rest 1 MInute

Met Con - 

12 Minute AMRAP - Partner Workout

Partner 1: Advanced/intermediate - Handstand Hold Against Wall Until Other Partner Has Completed 1 Round

Beginner: Handstand Hold On Box/Plank Hold

Partner 2: 5 Burpees + 10 KB Swings + 15 Goblet Squats

* Partner 2 cannot be doing the work unless other partner is holding handstand/plank position.

* Goal is to complete as many rounds as possible in the 12 Minutes
